Housatonic Community College Receives Grant from KeyBank Foundation To Support Family Economic Security Program
The Housatonic Community College (HCC) Foundation received a $30,000 contribution from KeyBank Foundation, the charitable nonprofit foundation of KeyBank, to support the College’s Family Economic Security Program (FESP). The grant, which spans a three-year period, will support the nearly 400 students already enrolled in the program.

Students Celebrate Wellness At Housatonic Community College Second Annual Fresh Check Day

For the second year in a row, Housatonic Community College (HCC) joined more than 100 colleges and universities across the nation on October 9 to celebrate Fresh Check Day, an uplifting mental health promotion and suicide prevention event that includes interactive expo booths, peer-to-peer messaging, support of multiple campus departments and groups, free food, entertainment, and exciting prizes and giveaways.

On Tuesday, Sept 18, HCC’s Theater Arts Program will run a special one-off performance of “Wasted”, an hour-long show that looks at consequences of a simple night out turned bad. The show will take place in the Performing Arts Center from 2:00-3:15 and is free and open to the public
