On any given Thursday night, homeless youth can find a new safe spot for resources, advice and assistance on the Vehicle For Change wellness van, parked outside Housatonic Community College (HCC).

Terry L. Walden, an academic advisor for Housatonic Community College (HCC) was honored at the 7th Annual 100 Men of Color Awards earlier this month.

On Thursday, October 10, Housatonic Community College (HCC) hosted the American Manufacturing Hall of Fame (AMHoF), celebrating the innovative history of American manufacturing, honoring the success of manufacturers in Connecticut and raising funds for HCC student scholarships.

As an organization committed to STEM excellence, Housatonic Community College (HCC) proudly announced today that it is now a certified Carnegie STEM Excellence Pathway Provider.

On Friday, Oct. 18, educators in Grades K – 12 have the unique opportunity to experience workshops by experts focused on developing and energizing creativity in education.

For nearly 16 years, faculty, staff and students have come to rely on Jennifer Lutris in the HCC library. Her willingness to assist others, collaborate and create fresh programming helps to keep our library a vibrant part of the HCC community.

After a year of renovation, the Housatonic Museum of Art re-opened its doors September 5th with a celebration of geometric abstraction.

On Wednesday, September 18, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., global game-changer Fernando Luis Alvarez, and founder of The Spoon Movement, will present, “Demanding Accountability Through Art Activism, Passion and Fearlessness,” in Housatonic Community College’s Beacon Hall, Room BH-214.
