HCC Commemorates MLK Jr. Day with a Virtual Event on January 14

Housatonic Community College (HCC) will host a virtual event to commemorate Martin Luther King Jr. this Friday, January 14. The event will take place online from 10am – 11am and can be viewed by visiting https://ctedu.webex.com/ctedu/j.php?MTID=m4da992e77e19156f779c3671a0cef7e8 or join by phone by calling 1-650-479-3208.

In addition to inspirational messages, musical selections, poems, and an informative video, attendees will enjoy a keynote address by State Representative Brandon McGee, Jr. who proudly represents the areas of Windsor and Hartford, CT. Rep Mc Gee is the former chair of the legislature’s Black and Puerto Rican Caucus.
