HCC’s Strategic Solutions Group is currently working with Bridgeport’s Optimus Health Care, Inc. to deliver tailored, 8-hour training programs for key staff.  Just finished was the first of two planned employee groups that will apply Excel tools to streamline their analysis of patient service data.  SSG’s referral to Connecticut’s Department of Labor is also enabling Optimus to receive state reimbursement to underwrite part of this training’s cost.

Team work has traveled the land.  Team building workshops penetrate every nook and cranny of Corporate America. The need for collaborative work within and across organizational silos is a given, a no-brainer for the workforce.
