Welcome President Broadie!

Dr. Broadie wants to familiarize himself with community leaders, the campus, the students, the faculty, etc. He has been impressed with the welcome recpetion he's been getting from the community. He also commended the excellent work that the staff did in presenting the Open House which he recently attended.

Among his many meetings, Dr. Broadie has met with the Foundation, the college senate, the mayor, the mayor's cabinet, the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, the college senate and other college committees, along with education leaders in Bridgeport. He has also visited HCC's art gallery and has made some trips to Hartford. He is focused on getting to know the community and has been impressed with both the college and the surrounding community.
